Frankfurt's Cluster of Excellence SCALE has been selected for funding by the German Research Foundation (DFG).
We are excited to announce that SCALE – SubCellular Architecture of Life has been selected as a DFG Excellence Cluster!
The SCALE consortium aims to answer a fundamental biological question: How do cells form, maintain, and transform their architecture—particularly under stress, aging, or disease?
To address this, SCALE will develop digital twins of cells, enabling the study of cellular behavior at unprecedented resolution.
